When the bearing temperature is high, the problem should be solved from the following aspects.
1, improper amount of refueling, lubricating oil is too much or too little:
The bearing box should be refueled regularly according to the requirements of the work. Sometimes there will be high temperature after bearing refueling, mainly because of too much refueling.
At this time, the phenomenon is that the temperature continues to rise, and after reaching a certain point (generally about 10℃~15℃ higher than the normal operating temperature) it will remain unchanged, and then it will gradually decline.
2. When the added grease does not meet the requirements or is contaminated:
The lubricating oil is not suitable, it is not easy to form a uniform lubricating oil film, it can not reduce the internal friction and wear of the bearing, insufficient lubrication, and the bearing temperature rises.
When different types of grease are mixed, chemical reactions may occur, causing the grease to deteriorate and caking, reducing the lubrication effect.
Grease pollution will also make the bearing temperature rise, grease in the process of falling dust, resulting in oil pollution, resulting in the deterioration of the oil inside the bearing box damage bearing lubrication, temperature rise.
Therefore, the appropriate grease should be selected, the bearing box and bearing should be cleaned during maintenance, the refueling pipeline should be checked and dredged, and different types of grease should not be mixed; If replacing other types of grease, the original grease should be cleaned first; Grease should be added regularly during operation and maintenance, and the grease should be properly kept for moisture-proof and dustproof measures.
3. When cooling is insufficient:
Check whether the pipe is blocked, and whether the inlet oil temperature and return water temperature exceed the standard.
If the cooler is not suitable, the cooling effect is poor, and the requirements cannot be met, the new cooler should be replaced in time or installed in parallel. Axial flow fan should also check the heat preservation and sealing of the core barrel.
4, when there is no problem in the above aspects, check the coupling:
The search for the coupling is in line with the technical standards. The problem of thermal expansion of the equipment in operation should also be considered in the timing of axial flow induced draft fan and hydraulic coupler.
The impeller side of the induced draft fan expands due to heat, and the bearing box rises. The bearing box expands and the bearing rises as the temperature rises during the operation of the hydraulic coupler, so the timing motor should be higher, and the size of the reserved amount should be determined according to the characteristics of the equipment and the temperature parameters in operation.
